Pho 14

昨夜はアジア人が多くいる１３区に行きました。目当てはいつも混んでいるPho14（フォー・キャトルズ）。この近所はベトナム・タイ・中華料理のレストランが多いですが、Pho14はその中でも大人気。常にお店の外には１０人以上並んでいます！だけど、皆さんわりとすぐに出るので、並んでも２０分以上は待ちません。入ると少し荒っぽいウェイターが注文を取りに来て、私とＥは定番の牛肉のフォー（なんと７ユーロ！）と揚げ春巻きを頼みました。春巻きは揚げたてで、フォーはあっさりだけど味わい深いスープ。山盛りのトッピングは自分好みにアレンジして食べます。パリでこの値段でこの味はなかなかないと思うので、皆さんも良かったら行ってみてください！

Last night we went to the 13th district where many Asians live. We headed for the always busy Pho 14 (Pho Quatorze). In this neighborhood, there are many Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese restaurants, but among them Pho 14 is one of the most popular. There is constantly more than 10 people lined up outside the restaurant. However people tend to leave quickly so you won't wait for more than 20 minutes. Once we got in, a rough mannered waiter came to take our order. E and I both ordered the standard beef pho (7 euros!) and fried spring rolls. The spring rolls are freshly fried, and the pho has a simple but tasty soup. You can eat by arranging the toppings to your liking. I don't think you can get this kind of quality at this price so I highly recommend everyone to go!
